On evaluation we diagnosed <a href=\"https:\/\/gsharifi.com\"><strong>chiari malformation disease<\/strong><\/a> in which cerebellum tonsils are lower than normal situation. With a microscopic surgery we opened dura matter and released the cerebellum.
