He had history of operation 2 years ago in another center. Patient was operated in 2 sessions. At first we partially removed tumor with transnasal approach and in second operation we <a href=\"https:\/\/gsharifi.com\"><strong>removed tumor<\/strong><\/a> transcranial which had extensive adhesion to anterior cerebral artery. Finally tumor was totally removed and the artery which was damaged in first operation repaired with vascular clip.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\"
