A 63 year old woman presented with bilateral blurred vision mostly in right side. After imaging and hormone evaluation we noticed pituitary lesion with intratumoral hemorrhage (apoplexy) . She underwent surgery via endoscopic trans nasal approach (ETSS surgery) by accompaniment of dr Akbari (ENT surgeon) and tumor was totally removed. The left picture shows the lesion in sagittal, coronal and axial plan and in left you can see postoperative picture in same plans. Fortunately patient had good clinical and hormonal situation during 1/5 year after surgery.
