Occlusion of 2 cerebral aneurysm in one operation and simultaneously in an old woman presented with loss of consciousness and left eye midriasis following to intracranial hemorrhage. After craniotomy we succeeded to clip both aneurysm simultaneously.

At the end post operative CT scan the day after surgery. Patient condition is suitable.
