Patient was a 63 years old woman with a petroclival meningioma and numbness feelings in her left side of her face (V2 and V3 areas). In addition, MRI scan showed a non-functional adenoma (based on endocrinology lab results).

Below, a clear view of pre and post operation MRI are presented. As you can see that, the petroclival meningioma is totally resected.

3 months after this surgery, the pituitary tumor was operated via ETSS approach and the tumor was resected successfully.
