A 60 year old woman presented with blurred vision. On MRI a lesion can be seen on suprasellar and chiasmal region. She underwent operation one year ago by dr Sharifis neurosurgical team and she came for her follow up visit this year. On left picture You can see craniopharyngioma and on picture on right side empty space on tumor locatin is observable.
