Endoscopic operation for hydrocephalus. Hydrocephalus or increasing intracranial pressure in 27 years old man which presented by headache, blurred vision and disequilibrium. This caused by stenosis in aqueduct of sylvius which is the connection pathway between third and fourth ventricles and in case of stenosis leads to fluid accumulation. This is a X-linked genetic disease and has more prevalence in men. In order to provide csf flow we opened this pathway by endoscopic operation.
