A young man presented with acute low back pain and right leg radiculopathy and sever paresis of both legs. He underwent operation emergently because of sever disk herniation of second and third lumbar vertebrae in order to decompression of spinal cord and nerve roots and prevention of complete plegia. Disk was removed microscopically and fusion was achieved by inserting inter vertebral cage and pedicle screw. The middle picture captured by c-arm in operative room.
