A 39 years old man presented with blurred vision. He had history of operation 2 years ago in another center. Patient was operated in 2 sessions. At first we partially removed tumor with transnasal approach and in second operation we removed tumor transcranial which had extensive adhesion to anterior cerebral artery. Finally tumor was totally removed and the artery which was damaged in first operation repaired with vascular clip.
